Right now, we have an excellent opportunity for a Labor and Delivery Nurse who wants to elevate their career by developing other nurses. Our Program Manager of Clinical Education (Perinatal) will be a clinical coach and mentor in our exceptional Maternity Center – part of our Women and Children Services.
The Program Manager will get strong support from a talented team that includes Clinical Practice/Patient Safety Specialists, Charge Nurses, IS, Nurse Practitioners, L&D, NICU Nurses, and will also collaborate with nursing and hospital leaders.
Our Maternity Centers brings approximately 200 babies into the world every month and provides new mothers with outstanding clinical care in a comforting environment. This includes our world-class perinatology program, which offers care for women with high-risk pregnancies.
Qualified candidates for the Program Manager position must have a BSN, a current California RN license, three to five years of clinical experience in L&D and a desire to make a difference in clinical practice and patient safety every day.
